Dear Maintainer,

Webalizer.org appears to have been purchased by NC 2nd Amendment Lawyers and the links in the report footers, documentation, etc take you to their site, not the webalizer one.

Webalizer.net still has the correct site.

Included is a basic patch to correct the issue.
