They were produced by the Foundation for Rural Housing, Inc., and the University of Wisconsin Center for Cooperatives, in 2005.
This guide by UWCC attempts to answer your questions regarding ownership, responsibilities, and benefits of living in a housing cooperative.
Balancing Ecology and Economics
The University of Wisconsin Center for Cooperatives (UWCC), Cooperative Development Services (CDS) and the Community Forestry Resource Center (CFRC) are pleased to announce the publication of Balancing Ecology and Economics: A Start-up Guide for Forest Owner Cooperation. The Guide is intended to show how private landowners, working together, can improve the ecological conditions of their lands while at the same time improving their own economic well-being and that of the communities in which their forest land is located.
