MPŠ ima tri potrjene podiplomske programe, ki so v skladu s projektom ESS VS-06-19, ki ga delno financiara Evropska unija, vključeni v prenovo v skladu z bolonjskim procesom:
• Nanoznanosti in nanotehnologije,
• Novi mediji in e-znanost,
• Ekotehnologija.
V pripravi so tudi programi s področij:
• Mehatronski in adaptronski sistemi,
• Ergonomija,
• Reologija.

Study at the Jo�ef Stefan International Postgraduate School (IPS)
The Jo�ef Stefan International Postgraduate School was founded in 2004 by the Jozef Stefan Institute with support from major industries in Slovenia, and is establishing an international network of partner universities in the European Union, the USA, Japan, and other countries.
The mission of IPS is to provide the highest quality postgraduate studies at the master's and doctoral levels through a joint research and educational process in an intensive research & development and innovative environment, so that the graduates will be able to make outstanding contributions to academic and industrial development, oriented towards sustainability and harmonious social development.
