China has no obligation to recognise next Dalai Lama of Tibet: Sikyong
Tokyo, Japan — Addressing the members of the Japanese Parliament in Tokyo, the political leader of Tibet's exiled government has poignantly criticised China for destroying 98% of the religious institutions in Tibet and criticising His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama throughout his lifetime, saying the Communist regime has no legitimacy and credibility in recognising the next Dalai Lama.
