Note: This PR goes with #1474.

The folder icons look too aliased since the SVG update so I've redesigned them, sorry I should have done that initially! This PR also takes care of a number of other things.

  1. Add objectName to expandButton in toolbar.cpp so it can be styled independently.
  2. Move the stylesheet setting for #customizeFlip options button in flipconsole.cpp to external qss.
  3. Styled the DvItemView table header as dark for file browser window, scene cast, etc.
  4. New icon for type tool.
  5. Replaces old folder design with modern looking folder icons.
  6. Tweaks many icons, mainly border colors but also redesigns a few others.

Sorry for such a big PR, I know SVG stuff must be annoying to review.
