[[Pi storms down a corridor of the HMS Bounty, dodging other drones as he makes his way to the bridge. He shouts over the comm channel to the Inexplicable Speck! has he marches through.]]
Pi: Dermis, this is Pi! Is that shield ready?
Speck: [Over the intercom] The shield is ready whenever you are, but the bridge said only half the fleet is in position.

[[The door to the bridge parts as Pi storms in, drawing attention of others nearby.]]
Pi: That may be as good as we're going to get. I'm entering the bridge now. Raise that shield the instant I give the--

[[His command is immediately cut short as he gets a glimpse of the center of the bridge. There, "Plancrotes" is using their new telepathic abilities to control the combined fleet, continuing to use both Avogadro and Plato as proxies for each "network". Behind them, the hologram of the Grand Protuberance remains motionless as he too bows his head and closes his eyes in concentration, relaying Plancrotes' commands to the Grey fleet.]]

[[Our perspective flips back to Pi, who eyes his friend with a twinge of relief and sadness, unsure of what to make his current state.]]
