Promo coupons don't work (tried to do BOGO as was shown in my email inbox) -- view these as a marketing gimmick to get people to your website. Layers of lens coatings don't make sense.

I moved to Europe since my last purchase, and it doesn't make sense to order from North America when it should be just as easy to do it locally.

Very confusing even after scanning in my prescription it ordred the wrong item. I had to reenter the order. I also beleive I ended up being charged twice as my card was charged initially and then it charged me again?

This is my second order, made with some trepidation as the Revel prescription sunglasses I bought first fell apart in 6 months (cheap/brittle plastic frame and oversized lenses). I hope I'm not wasting my money on this order.

I ordered two pairs of glasses on May 12. They said it would take 6 business days. I never received a confirmation email so contacted PayPal to file a claim. The next day i received an email saying the glasses were "In Production" eight days after my initial order. I have tried numerous times to get an update on shipping to no avail. They don't answer the phone, their supposed monitored chat is not monitored at all and can't answer a basic question and as far as i know i'll never get my glasses. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Incompetent at best, possibly crooks.

The last time I purchased these frames I bought 2 of them because finding small round glasses frames is difficult to do. I have since given the spare frames to my granddaughter as she needs reading glasses now, and I know that I LOVE these frames, so I am replacing the ones I gave away. Ordering was very easy and I was thrilled to be able to save money with a coupon!!

For some reason I had difficulty ordering contact lenses. The OD was a daily basic lens. The OS was a toric. I did not see how to order 2 different lenses.
