I’ve been selling on this platform for years I have sales over $300,000 on there until today. I had a package delivered over a month ago to the warehouse and was lost there as well. I emailed them after it was placed under investigation and they told me it has arrived and is awaiting verification. Almost a month later (tonight) I get an email saying UPS has denied the claim GOAT filed for the “missing box” and that I should contact my local ups? Hahahaha pinning this on UPS because of their incompetence is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard of. I will lose almost $600 because of this company. My time with them is done. Don’t sell with GOAT or Alias!

Only issue I have I am never able to use my member credit or whatever it’s called cash back. I have no issues with the VIO member credit but it shows I have 10.92 or something and it never gives me an option to redeem. Has this issue before it was resolved but had to contact customer service. Thanks

I am a pensioner, I enjoyed buying something from Temu occasionaly , I complained about the minimum purchase of $50, as I cannot afford this every time. They did remove it , but have now reinstated it, so I guess I,ll have to find another site to shop on. So sad.

I ordered a ring size that I thought would fit my wife for Mother’s Day…. I was wrong! Contacted M&L customer service and they were prompt with their replies and did an amazing job rectifying the situation! I have worked in customer service for the past 20 years and there are only a handful of times I can remember businesses giving exceptional customer service and this was definitely one of them. Thank you!
